Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s ABC Cocina is a Latin American fusion restaurant serving tapas style plates. Like its neighboring ABC Kitchen, the interior is eclectic and warm with gorgeous yet simple table settings. And when it comes to the food, the plates are visually stunning and pack with crunch, spice and freshness.

Whether it’s the classic winter guacamole or spring pea guac, be sure to start with the chips and guacamole. Definitely give the tacos a try also, especially the fish or short rib. There are also a handful of seasonal small plates that are always delicious, such as a fluke with crispy rice and roasted beet salad.
