Chef Leah Cohen’s Pig and Khao is a small Southeast Asian restaurant in the lower east side of Manhattan. The atmosphere is casual, low key and warm, and the menu is packed with Thai, Vietnamese, and Filipino flavors. The dishes are served family style, so I would recommend getting a few different dishes to share. Make sure to try the Grilled Pork Jowl, Sizzling Sisig, and BBQ Ribs.
