Matt Lambert’s modern take on the flavors and food of New Zealand are put on display in his Micheline Star rated restaurant, The Musket Room. The food is stunning, memorable, and breaking boundaries in the food industry. The small Nolita restaurant is comfortable and warm on the inside, and the backyard garden is uniquely beautiful surrounded by the concrete jungle of New York. If you want to order off the menu a la carte, make sure to get the quail. However, I would recommend the chef’s tasting menu as you will experience the restaurant as a whole.
