Fry Sauce


Ever wonder what’s in that savory sauce many fast food restaurants serve to spread on their burgers and fries? Well look no further! This incredibly easy fry sauce is the perfect recipe to make for your next backyard barbecue, and is ideal for burgers and fries alike.

Fry Sauce
Yield: about 1 cup

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

1) Stir together the mayonnaise, ketchup, spicy brown mustard, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and few grinds of black pepper in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to one week.
