Remoulade Sauce

This creamy and complex remoulade sauce is perfect for smearing on sandwiches or for dipping finger-foods into. And because it’s so easy to make, you’ll want this sauce in your refrigerator at all times.

Remoulade Sauce
Yield: about 1 cup

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Cornichons, finely chopped
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon hot sauce (tabasco)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1) Stir together all of the ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
