Fall Trail Mix

Sweet chocolate and salty pretzel snaps are the perfect combination in this Fall Trail Mix recipe. Add some of your favorite toasted nuts or other fall candies to make this recipe your own.

Fall Trail Mix
Yield: About 4 cups

1 cup small pretzel snaps
1 cup original Chex cereal
3/4 cups candy corn
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened toasted coconut flakes

1) Toss all the ingredients together in a large bowl and enjoy! Store in a dry, air-tight container for up to 5 days.

*Cook’s note: If you cannot find toasted coconut flakes at your grocery store, buy regular shredded coconut and toast it yourself! Lay the coconut on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a 375 degree oven until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes. Let the toasted coconut cool before adding to the other ingredients.
